Warranty Information:

We offer a one year labor warranty on all part replacements – if the same part goes bad in under a year we will replace it at no charge!

We also offer a two year labor warranty on all residential unit replacements.

If we perform a spring or fall preventative maintenance, and you have a problem during that season, there will be no diagnostic fee.

Duct Cleaning:

The cost to clean your ducts is approximately $250 per return and $25 per air vent.  This price also includes the cleaning of your HVAC unit.  If you are interested in an exact price for your home, please call our office today to set up a free estimate.  One of our experienced installation managers will come to your home to evaulate your duct system to be able to give you an exact price.
